Enclosures with Atex certification

Rittal's explosion-protection enclosures with silicone foam gaskets meet the revised requirements of the EN 60079–0:2009 standard. The enclosures, granted Atex and IEC certification, can therefore be used in zone 1 and 21 hazardous areas and at temperatures ranging from -30 to +80 °C. Further advantages of the seals are the improved long-term protection they provide from the ingress of water and other sources of damage.
